Game Scorecard
- Use this online form to submit game information including
scores and pitching information. The scorecard is required
to be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the game.
Failure to submit within 24 hours will result in a forfeit.
The winning team is responsible for submitting the form.
In case of a tie, the home team is responsible for submitting
the form.

No Game /
Rainout Form
- Use this online form to communicate to the West Hills Admin
that your scheduled game has not been played due to any event
including a rain out. This form
needs to be submitted within 24 hours after the scheduled game
time. Failure to submit within 24 hours will result in a
forfeit. The home team is responsible for submitting the
form.
